I first fell in love with St. Vincent when I witnessed Amanda Palmer cover her song Marry Me in September 2007. I went on to purchase her album “Marry Me,” which is phenomenal. Her sounds are diverse, ranging from heavily distorted guitar to jazz music, all performed by a the doll-like Annie Clark.
